Joining takes four steps
- Download the CSTRDLP request proforma.
- Fill it in and email it to pl@pastic.gov.pk.
- PASTIC adds your library to PakCat and the consortium services.
- If you want Koha, PASTIC sets up your library on Koha Cloud.
